Chip and Kim won the amazing race. NOt my Colin and Christie. They came in 2nd followed by Brandon and Nicole.

I m very much engrossed in the Amazing Race yesterday. It was soo00000000000000 exciting!! Especially the intense competition between the Bowling mums and Colin & Christie. Although the mums beat the couple in identifying the flag first, I know they would still lose because the next station was to climb up a steep mountain. The mums couldn't possibly beat Colin in this station even though they got about 20mins lead. It all turned out to be expected when Colin caught up with Karen in the climb and reached the pit stop as the 3rd team. of course, the bowling mums were eliminated.


every group was on par because they were on the same flight to Canada. Once again, Colin and Christe proved to be the strongest pair. They got to the subsequent stations very smoothly and completed their assignments, emerging as the leading pair again. I was so happy coz I was damn sure that they would win the 1million.


But who noes? things can change especially at the airport, where flights were the most unpredictable factor. indeed, their flight to Dallas was delayed by 2hrs. the worst thing was that they didn't know it!!! and they happily sleep through the nite..

Although Chip and Kim were the last to arrive at the airport, they were so lucky to learn about the delay. So they booked another flight which would definitely put them in a 2hrs lead. They were sly enough to keep mum about the delay, causing the other 2 pairs to be in a lost when they learnt about the delay. really 晴天霹雳 for them!!!

but den, the 2 non-leading teams were still lucky enough to catch a flight that was less than the 2hrs delay..


In Dallas, Colin and Christie impressed me further. They have long ago booked for a taxi in Dallas, and the driver was great!! He could surely drive fast!! Breaking all the traffic rules.. .. ha... But Brandon and Nicole were not so lucky lah.. Every driver that they got was slow and law-abiding... so suay... ha...


back to Colin and Christie. They really impressed me!!! They were so logical when they walk through the maze.. taking the surroundings as reference, they make it out of the maze in no time.. unlike Chip and Kim, who kept bumping into dead ends.. ha.. but den, still too late lah... Chip and Kim were still leading, despite the longer time they spent in the maze...

so Chip and Kim were the winners loh... ....

nearly forgotten to mention bout the KBox thingy... ... ...


the outlet was still under renovation!!!!!!! yup.. .. ...
even though they have given out the "NOW OPEN" phamplet.

简直是欺骗我的感情.. .. ..


so i thought maybe if i sent an email to them complaining bout this, i would get a free voucher or something like tt.. .. ha... ...


but no leh.. they juz replied a "we are sorry" email and tt's it.. no vouchers.. sad sad.. .. and i thought i should reply back to ask for some.. but i m not so 厚脸皮 lah.. .. ..

supposed to go for K Lunch today at Tampines KBox.. 终於got a ktv at tampines leh.. of course muz go and 捧场...

meeting time was 10.45am but jin only reached at 11am..

i was planning to give her a dressing down, and while waiting for her, i was rehearsing wat i m going to say deep in my mind... but den, when she arrived, i juz asked her why she was late.. yup, and tt's it. i didn't give her that dressing down which i was planning.. ha... i m too nice.. ha... i was trying very hard to give a 爽 look, which i think it failed anyway..



so jin, if you are reading this post now, here is wat i m going to say:

please dun be late ok??

especially when you know that i am the quite punctual type of person.

if you want to be late, please give a 合理的 reason, dun ever give that "i miscalculated my time. i forgot to add in the bus-waiting time"... i haf heard that for many many times..

if you are supposed to meet me at 10.45am, please leave your house early.. dun only leave your house when your clock struck 10.45am.. you WILL BE LATE! it is common sense rite?

ok.... i have decided to close my "Days Without Handphone" blog... it is even more boring then this boring blog...

anyway, the lost of handphone doesn't affect me much.. only 我找不到人, 人找不到我... other than that, nothing much...

today i went to 踢UFM 的馆!!! ha ha.. ya... went to their 踢馆大擂台, a dj recruitment programme.. ..

in the end, i kena 踢下台.. .. so sad.... i think i m too 菜鸟liao... too amateurish... too childish...


the whole thing is like this:

FIrst, i self intro myself.. so i say my name, my age, my sch and why i take part inthis compeition... in my reasoning of why i take part in the competition, i say i want to gain experience and also for a little 私心 because a dj can see lot of singers and so if i successfully become a dj, i can see my idol liao...

den the host dj can tt i m a 歌迷 coming for audition.... well...
someore my 机智question is: 你认为当红的组合谁??

wah liao... of course i will say S.H.E rite?? ha... ... so i say S.H.E loh... telling them that S.H.E hot a lot of award and blah blah blah.. den the host ask me if i got dislike any group... well.... i was thinking 5566 at that moment.. but i scared i will kena ambush when i get off the stage so i say dun haf.. coz i only "like" and "neutral" .. so there is nothing as "dislike"...
den i sing 小美's <<凝望>> as my 才艺表演... i think i sound quite ok.. nx time go ktv and sing for u all to hear.. ha...

lucky i didn choose any political question.. coz one of the compeitor chose a question asking her that what will she do if she is 董建华.. chim question..

conclusion: i must brush up on my 口才.. and ... Don't act like a 歌迷... muz be pro!!




tt's the sad part of my blog... but!!! there is a happy part also!!!

today went to SPH Mediaworks 的<< 街头大排档>> audition with paulynn.. who knows, we saw wensheng for the audition also.. he is kaili's fren...


anyway, i think the channel U people are all very nice and friendly... izit all the backstage people are so friendly?? HIM and Rocks Record people are very nice too..


ya... so we juz fill in forms and then do a video self-intro... ha...i 顺便 help S.H.E promote their concert in the video also.. ha... there is no awkward silence in the room.. maybe because i m too noisy liao...
whether i m in for the game or not, still need to wait for their call.. i doubt it anyway, coz i m too noisy to be chosen.. ha...



now i m watching "The Amazing Race".. so exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Colin and Christie are so way in front but the flight to Manila make them back to square one!!! so 可惜 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they are now ploughing the field for the nx clue to the pit stop and i think they are going to lose.. there is no cooperation between the couple!!! other groups have one person leading the bull, one person ploughing.. but for Colin and Christie's case, only Colin is ploughing!!!

Yes... ... it is not an september fool joke... it is true... ... .. ...

a Nokia 6230 somemore... wat a pity... ... it is only about 2 mths old.. havn even celebrated its first birthday yet.. .. ..

all my contacts are gone.. all my nice nice ringtones are gone.. and all my S.H.E are gone... to think that i have even juz snap so many S.H.E pictures in the morning...


haiz... ... how can something like that happened when i m still high from the 金曲奖??? so bad.. so sad..


anyway, i think it is entirely my fault.. coz paulynn has actually warned me not to put my hp there... n i juz didn take it with me.. dunno why... never crossed my mind that it will be stolen.. 难道is冥冥注定?? hm.. .. .. .. normally i will take my hp with me when i go toilet.. but y i didnt take it with me today?? weird... maybe the man has cast a spell on me when he stood behind me... must be.. .. .. ..


i have informed the security of the place.. hope they are able to spot the person through their CCTV.. the hopes are not high though.. even if they really spot the culprit, they can do nothing rite?? unless he strike again and kena caught by the police red handed.. i have also made a police report liao... hope the police will corner all the underground second hand shops and find my handphone... provided the man sell away my phone lah.. .. ..

an interesting lesson that we have learnt is that we are not observant enough.. when we are asked what the man was wearing, we gave different answers.... ... ha.... Eric says maroon plain collar shirt, Kaili says a collar shirt with something red, Paulynn says a white t-shirt with a print on the front and christine says a dark blue shirt... ... the same man but wearing different clothes.. ha....



well... how am i feeling now?

not tt bad... not as anxious as when i lost my wallet.. ... i was really very anxious when i lost my wallet.. maybe becoz there is a lot of things in it?? and handphone is only one thing?? ha.. ..


before i go and buy a new one, i will be having my own version of Survival.. see how i outwit, outplay and outlast the days with handphone... probably about 1mth??

i also promised Kaili to blog about my days without handphone... see whether she can document it or not.. ha.. ..

the part where i most wanted to watch is of course the every part where S.H.E received an award.. but den, i also wanted to see how the media people cut the booing of the 最畅销唱片奖.. .. .. ha... i very bad rite?? ha... coz practically half of the audience were booing and i want to see how they get around it.. ..



in the 'live' event, the booing stretched from the announcement of winner until the winner finished her winning speech.. therefore, the time when the hosts were explaining that SUN was unable to attend the event and blah blah blah, the booing was the loudest..


well.... the post prodction people are indeed very 厉害.. they actually cut away the whole booing part and immediately show the video speech made by SUN.. 厉害 厉害 厉害..

yeah man!!!!!!!!!!!! yesterday's 新加坡金曲奖 is so nice!! so high!! so fantastic!!!


dunno wat to say.. .. .. .. .. .. .. but only one word 'HIGH'!!!!!


attending this event is an eye opening experience..
seeing celebrities in person, enjoying their performance 'live', screaming with my own voice and getting into the high state.. ..

i enjoyed F.I.R, Energy, Lee Hom and S.H.E performances..
i definitely enjoyed S.H.E performances... becoz i like them mah... but den, theor performance was like a mini concert!!! they got the audiences to 'high' with them, sing with them and rock with them.. everyone was so high... their concert in s'pore will surely, definitely be better than that!!! I m going to get the best seats man!!

Lee Hom's performance was.. .. ..帅!!! he played "Love Love love" on his white electronic piano.. .. .. he looked so 帅 when he was so 投入!! can sensed that he could fall off his seat anytime.. ..

as for Energy, i have always like their dance.. and yesterday, they have once again showed off they dance... very well-versed and unique dance.. a combination of hip-hop and kungfu i think.. not too sure...

F.I.R.. .. .. quite a newly established group.. but received a lot of support from local fans.. including me of course..


one funny thing that i want to mention is the 最畅销唱片奖.... as from the title, you can guess that it is a award for the best selling cd... guess who is the winner?? (those of you who knows it, shh.... .... )

ok... uni sucks... it is a 骗钱学院.. the school has juz started for about 1month and the mid semester break will start after 2weeks time... gosh... and i dun think i haf learnt anything yet...

worst of all, i haf realised that this sem we only got 4 tutorials and guess wat? it will be exam period after that! cool... ... ... maybe it is the same for every uni, but i m juz too slow to realise it..

die... no study mood... well... in fact, i think i am very 不知所措 this sem... i dunno this and dunno that.. .. .. gosh... ...

going to 白吃白喝 now... hope i'll have a good meal...

yup.. today is teachers' day..

teachers' day at uni is juz like any other normal days.. nobody seems to remember this special day.. i nearly forgotten it too... since uni, i have lost track of date.. coz i dun write date on my tutorial homework..


back to teachers' day... so ashamed to say that i didn go back to ngee ann or tpjc to visit my teachers.. well.. as a matter of fact, there's only one teacher left in nass who knows me.. no choice.. i m low profile in nass.. till now, i m still in a low profile.. even lower i think..

as for tpjc, not bad lah, probably still got a small small small handful..

but i am not so bad lah.. i still got sms a greeting msg to those teachers whom i haf their contacts.. In the end, only aunty sharon and Mrs Sim reply back... 50% success rate.. ha.. .. ]
glad that they replied... especially aunty sharon, still keep my contact in her hp.. she only taught me for a year or two i think.. but den she was the nass co in-charge lah.. so we still got interaction on some basis lah..

come to think of that.. i remembered that i spoilt her cactus when i was playing with her stuffs.. ha... sometimes i would go to her office table to play.. and 捣蛋.. i m very naughty hor?? ha... only to her i think..
but i bought another one for her.. dunno if the cactus is still living or not.. probably not, i think..


oh ya, forgot to mention that i also received a little present from one of my tuition kid.. though the present is not quite suitable for me (it is a doremon pencil case, a fury one somemore), it's the thought that counts, whether it is the kid's thought or his mum's thoughts.. doesn't matter lah.. at least he still wrote a card for me.. signing off as Kendrick (his name) The Great... so naughty..
