HK trip

Amazingly, we have somehow comfirmed our HK itinery in just 2 hrs, as fast as the time we spent to decide to go to HK.

sent Doreen off to the U.S for her HMDP. For the very first time I saw a person soooooooooooo not excited about going overseas.

ok. My next goal is to go for HMDP overseas. maybe i shall try my luck to see if i can go over to the U.S. too. But! being a coward, I am scared terribly scared in going overseas alone, especially ang moh countries. Me scared of hantu, mobster, rapist, dracula, etc etc.  But i also dun want to go nearby countries like Taiwan, where you shui shui bian bian can just go. *dilemma* HA! but that's provided if I even have the chance to for overseas HMDP. Coz HMDP also = longer bond.  =(

and this reminds me. My current bond has already started. It is only going to end in July 2011. Sounds so long, but i think time will just pass in a flash.

All the preparations made during the 1-year course has finally come to use in the 30mins Clinical Examination today.
Planned to leave house early but probably had some psychosomatic symptoms, which made me having stomache. Finally left home, and board the train when I suddenly got confused about my exam time. Panicked when I thought I got my time wrong and will be late if i continue to take train. Alighted at Kallang and took a cab, but crap, there were some jam on the expressway.
Finally reached school, and phew, the timing that I have remembered is right. Spent 8bucks on cab fare for nothing. Boo boo. But anyway, 8 bucks to buy me more time to relax may have just worth it.

Exam time passed like a breeze. Hopefully I have given the examiners the appropriate answers, and that they will not find my jokes too lame. They asked me what about the therapeutic relationship that has enabled the client to come for 5 sessions and shared his personal stuff. Besides the model answers of "having a safe platform", "good rapport", i ended my answers with that "I look safe". Hope that will gain me like 10 marks! HA!

Spent the remaining afternoon with the much awaited KTV session. Lilian really made my specs dropped with her angelic singing voice. Her talking voice and singing voice is 100% different.

Enjoyed the day, and that marks the start of the preparation of the FINAL project paper, which will due on 19th March. 3 more weeks to go, according to Aisya. And sad! I cannot take any leave to prepare the papers coz the week falls on the March school holiday week.   =(

First T.L.T gathering of 2010

First T.L.T gathering at Yu's condo.. Nice place for BBQ at the "pent house" pit. Only inconvenience is the surrounding blocks of condo and their residents, who tend to make complaints as soon as they can't see the sun, and hear noises that is beyond their acceptable decibels. Other than that, I thought it is quite a good place for some cozy gatherings.

Had BBQ.. though feedback said that BBQ is too hot and sweaty affair, but give me face lah.. i organise one leh.. ..

Got a surprise B-day cake for Sing Sing, i bet she is shocked but very happy with it. Hope that all her wishes will come true this year, and have a handsome prince galloping towards her way.  =)

Next gathering: Its time for exercise! Badminton time!   =)

Thursday BLUES.

Finally returned to work after a week of "break". I think I prefer to stay home to do spring cleaning minus the no-salary part.
Out of the cases that I have thrown out, think only 3 were discharged. Sadz. Stucked ones are still stucked. Not stuck ones may soon become stucked. Ha.
Heard that the week that I was not around, dept was a madhouse. My Sup said that she got all kinds of cases when I am not around too. Hm.. this shows that she is very 旺. Hopefully all goes well for me when she goes for 1 whole month of leave in March (prays very very very hard).

Anyway, tomorrow is Friday! Yays! Happy Chinese New Year and Valentines' Day! (in case I am too busy to blog during the weekend)

the strongest mood for this year's CNY is the spring cleaning mood. not much mood for new clothes coz the clothes is either not suitable or too expensive. Due to my financial crisis, i am a cheapo now. maybe i shall try shopping again after CNY, looking out for the post-CNY sales.

I am also wanting to get rid of many things. If you are interested, please msg me. (but i wonder how many in the world will read my boring blog).

- my Yang Qin. surprisingly still in good condition! (this one i can donate)
- HP ink cartridge. No. 56 and 57. Hope the ink has not dried up.  I am giving away this one too!

I also have some S.H.E stuffs that I am selling away too. So if you are interested, please message me bah.

Last day of leave today. Will make 最后的冲刺 to finish up cleaning 4 sets of cupboards. Will resume to be the Mad social worker tomorroe.

S.I.A.N. My ambition for today is to be an unemployed!

Indeed. After yesterday's hard work, my neck, shoulder, waist and (R) leg are all aching over. Even my free Salonpas is only able to do little wonders.
Spent some of my time scrubbig some tiles again. The melamine sponge is really a good tool. I get satisfied when dirt scratches on the tiles "disappeared" easily. Even the keyboard drawer of my computer table now looks NEW.  =)

Did not managed to do as much cleaning as compared to yesterday. No frets. One more day to go before going back to work on Thurs (boo boo) - now, talking about work is making me feeling a bit anxious with the "stucked cases"

Mock exam tomorrow. Hopefully i can get pass the grilling of Rebecca and Christine. And even more hopefully that I can find some nice clothes at the lengendary LMD @ People's Park Complex.
Maybe I shall do my pedicure tomorrow?

CNY is coming, and its time for spring cleaning again. Specially took a week off, to prepare for my supervision and mock exam, and of course, spring cleaning.

Went for a short shopping date with Sing and Daf at Tampines. Only bought 2 pieces of Uniqlo turtle neck long sleeves tee. Have not shown Mum yet, I bet she will say that I am crazy to buy that to wear in Singapore! Nevermind, I shall wear it for a casual Friday or for my HK trip. Its going to be quite cold isn't it? =)
Though not much harvest from the shopping, still enjoyed the company from Daf and Sing.

Did spring cleaning for the whole day today and my whole right arm is aching now. Managed to scrub the tiles of my bedroom (satisfied!) and some part of the living room. Shall forgo scrubing the remaining tiles. Shall focus on other chores tomorrow.
