the strongest mood for this year's CNY is the spring cleaning mood. not much mood for new clothes coz the clothes is either not suitable or too expensive. Due to my financial crisis, i am a cheapo now. maybe i shall try shopping again after CNY, looking out for the post-CNY sales.

I am also wanting to get rid of many things. If you are interested, please msg me. (but i wonder how many in the world will read my boring blog).

- my Yang Qin. surprisingly still in good condition! (this one i can donate)
- HP ink cartridge. No. 56 and 57. Hope the ink has not dried up.  I am giving away this one too!

I also have some S.H.E stuffs that I am selling away too. So if you are interested, please message me bah.

Last day of leave today. Will make 最后的冲刺 to finish up cleaning 4 sets of cupboards. Will resume to be the Mad social worker tomorroe.

S.I.A.N. My ambition for today is to be an unemployed!

Indeed. After yesterday's hard work, my neck, shoulder, waist and (R) leg are all aching over. Even my free Salonpas is only able to do little wonders.
Spent some of my time scrubbig some tiles again. The melamine sponge is really a good tool. I get satisfied when dirt scratches on the tiles "disappeared" easily. Even the keyboard drawer of my computer table now looks NEW.  =)

Did not managed to do as much cleaning as compared to yesterday. No frets. One more day to go before going back to work on Thurs (boo boo) - now, talking about work is making me feeling a bit anxious with the "stucked cases"

Mock exam tomorrow. Hopefully i can get pass the grilling of Rebecca and Christine. And even more hopefully that I can find some nice clothes at the lengendary LMD @ People's Park Complex.
Maybe I shall do my pedicure tomorrow?

CNY is coming, and its time for spring cleaning again. Specially took a week off, to prepare for my supervision and mock exam, and of course, spring cleaning.

Went for a short shopping date with Sing and Daf at Tampines. Only bought 2 pieces of Uniqlo turtle neck long sleeves tee. Have not shown Mum yet, I bet she will say that I am crazy to buy that to wear in Singapore! Nevermind, I shall wear it for a casual Friday or for my HK trip. Its going to be quite cold isn't it? =)
Though not much harvest from the shopping, still enjoyed the company from Daf and Sing.

Did spring cleaning for the whole day today and my whole right arm is aching now. Managed to scrub the tiles of my bedroom (satisfied!) and some part of the living room. Shall forgo scrubing the remaining tiles. Shall focus on other chores tomorrow. 

When Jin updated her blog, it indicated that Ling should update too. So when Jin updated her blog with her resolutions, Ling should maybe do the same too.  ;P

- Have more initiatives when handling trauma cases
   i hope i did...  especially those crisis, crisis case...


- To be more efficient in clearing backlogs. Remember to do the necessary follow-ups.
   ERMs... it is still on an upward trend. If i am not wrong, my worklist is now higher then what it was last year. But i am not going to take 1-month leave to clear it! Very wasted leh..


- Leave some time to think about improving trauma programmes
   Still in progress. I promise I die die will give birth to the video, ok?


- Do more exercise. Make Monday and Wed the gym day
   I think i really did poorly for this. I think I have only gone to gym less than 10times! But, I have tried to swim on every Sunday, which also stopped prematurely. (Yu, when can i go swimming again?)


- Eat healthily. Reduce fast food to once a week.
   Hm... I am trying my best. Think i really did reduce my fast food intake.
  

- Be more presentable in looks. Maybe with neater hair and light make-up
   HA! this only lasted for only er.. a few weeks? or a few days?
   But! I am more dressed up for weddings now.  =)


And most importantly, to find a man.
Signs of 烂桃花 and tiny, wheeny 桃花 which did not blossom into any fruits. Boo Boo.

Finally decided to take leave on the 24th to see if I can break the curse of a workaholic.. Among the Chinese myths and legends, think it is best not to work on your birthday.. One good reason is of course, that you should rest well and have fun on your birthday! Well, some companies they do have birthday leave.. For mine, since I have plenty of time-off, I might as well fully utilise that..

But anyway, had breakfast with Jin @ Mac before shopping around for the present for TLT Xmas gathering.. Finally found the suitable gift, and left Tamp with Jin feeling yi1 yi1 bu4 she3 for the usual-price-$49.00-and-now-$39.00-TABOO.

Joined Circle of Trust at Hei Sushi @ Downtown East. Halal sushi and non-halal sushi taste similar, coz i only ate Nigiri, not much exposure to other type of sushi. Was very perplexed as to why they do not serve takoyaki, and the flattened version takoyaki. Sad.
Thanks to HBH, DL and Naj for the gifts and cake. Thanks Ras and Hilli for the company too.

Went on to TM for Sherlock Holmes. I thought it was quite a good movie, but decent effects and humour. Afterall, I do like detective storyline. Luckily there was still Chinese subtitles for me to count on to, if not, I would not totally understand the whole film with their heavy British accent.

Gotta work tomorrow. Sian. But hope everything will be fine. Loking forward to the TLT Xmas gathering and steamboat feast. I wonder who is buying the xmas present for me. My hint is quite obvious, isn't it?

Yu has her new love as her excuse of being MIA from her blog for about 5 months.. For me, I am just plain lazy... But anyway, I have only been missing for a month.

We had our fire evacuation drill under the hot sun. .. 

Apparently, Eileen has fogotten to bring her umbrella...

I sent one of my patients to a nursing home. Took the ambulance for the first time...

I think it is one of the most tiring travel trips i ever had.

Spontaneousity is still the best. Received a sms from Jin last friday late afternoon for dinner. And bam, we are having dinner at Tampines 1 in 2 hrs time.. Decided to give ThaiExpress another chance, and it turned out to be not too bad! Had dessert at Hagan Daaz, its my first time there, and its really an extravagence!! Almost 20bucks for 6 scoops of ice-cream! Goodness!!

Oh, CGH Family day is coming again!!! ~wheeee!!

Wedding bells

nah... not my wedding bells..

I just came back fro a relative's son's wedding dinner, and man, I thought the groom is in his late 20s, but who knows, he's same age as me!! 25!! and the bride is 23..

anyway, that's not point. The point is, while I was making preparation for the dinner e.g. showering, putting on make-up, I have thoughts about what would I do for my own wedding.. Haha.. I have thoughts like should I invite T.L.T's parents? If yes, whose name should I write on the wedding invitation card? Do I put 阖家同请 coz my TLT is their daughters, or should I put 伉俪? haha.. quite funny i think..

so, when I was at the dinner, then I thought about how will my TLT sabo my future husband etc.. Anyway, just a thought, coz my wedding (hopefully I will have one) will be like dunno when..

But it makes me feel excited about going to Valerie's wedding in Dec!! and gosh, I better go look out for a decent dress. maybe i can start looking for it in Bangkok!! Whee!!

And man, what am i doing here.. I should have spend the 10mins on my position paper 2, and this post can add 200+ words to it!! CHiong ah!!!
