~cool. It's another weekend. And next week I am on leave!! L.E.A.V.E!!
Think i haven't go for any leave since eh.. October?

Plan for the precious leave:
- Clear my cupboard. Throw away the useless uni notes. Throw away the wear-less clothes.
- (hope) to rebond my hair (again)
- Shop for new year clothes/ shoes.
- Do some housework
- Swimming!!


But before all that, I gotta clear my work fileS first. .. .. :(

难得 today I slept till 自然醒.. and was so 勤劳 (as wat my mum said) that I got up to buy Mac breakfast..

My initial was to go TM's G2000 to check out if the shop still have my purple shirt.. but well, I was slacking at home for the whole day today, watching 斗鱼II..
Probably coz of the rainy day that make feel like a bump..

But anyway, I forgot that sing sing didn't give me the full set of VCD.. :(
害我 tot that I am so efficient, no need 1 day also can finish the whole box of vcd.. CHEY. BUt I really did manage to K off 10 discs, from 11am to 10pm.
做工也没有 so efficient lah...

Oh yeah, i find this line in the drama very insightful:

So fast.. another week is coming.. Sian man.. Work is starting again.. :(
I dun hate the job. I just can't imagine that I am going to work work work for the rest of my life.. :(

probably i shld juz blog a bit on my work for the first 3 days of New Year...


IT IS A DISASTER!!!

The wards have apparently kept all the referrals and faxed them all up in one shot!! (this sounds like a good way to take revenge on MSWs..)

And I think I am either having a real burnout or simply just inefficient enough.. My new cubicle is piling up with files again.. and there are like a lot of things that I should do and yet haven't do.. Think my boss gonna condemn me soon.. Probably that's why she hasn't let me do Drug Overdose cases... (a blessing in disguise, i guess?? If i were to do Drug Overdose cases, i think i will drug overdose instead..)

and Friday is really a bad day.. not TGIF to me..
Suddenly remembered that I have a MP letter that I haven't reply.. (thank goodness it is a straight forward one)..

and thanks to a person who really make my friday not a TGIF.. at first i tot i can maintain good relationship with him even though there are not so good impression about him.. but well, he really get on my nerves man.. he tot he is very experienced and probably also thinks that he is high high high high up there.. (BLEAH!!) and knows everything in the world!! (CHEY!!)

But the most pek chek thing is that the ward called me on a sat.
Ask me what is the care plan --> ok.. this is my job, i dun deny. and i am sorry that i did not give you a definite answer.

The pek chek question is this --> "WHY DID XXX REJECT THE PATIENT AH?"
HELLO!!!!! THe rejection letter is in the file that you are holding!!!! They faxed to the ward and not my department!!! !!! NEXT TIME PLEASE CHECK FIRST OK??!!

I think this job is making me stressed.. Partly because I am not efficient enough..
And on friday, i got this left below chest pain.. i can only take short breaths because when i take normal breaths, i will feel the pain below my chest.. dunno why.. when i bend down, i will also feel the pain..
Then i think in the evening, i got fever.. i felt cold in the office.. and sometimes, there will be waves of goosebumps up my head.. goodness.. not a good sign..

but well, i am better now.. after popping painkiller for consecutive 2 nights.. the left sided below chest pain is gone, but a bit of constant headache..
think i need exercise..

SOMEONE, please force me to do exervise please.....

I think i belong to those who sleep quite early, at about 10pm - 11pm.
So does that = sleep more?

First.
Sleep can make you thinner.
- when i am in primary school, i am forced to sleep at 9pm. When i am in secondary school, i slept at 10pm. When i am in JC, i think i sleep at about 11pm. When i am in uni, there are times when i only slept at 6am because i have to rush my assignment. Now, i sleep latest at 12am.
Throughout the years, i think i got fatter and fatter.
Yes. This statement is quite true.


Second.
Sleep can boost your memory!
- as all of my friends will know, all along my memory is not that good.
Nah. Sleeping early doesn't work well on my memory. Boo!


Third.

- true. when i am lack of sleep, i will get flu on the next day.

- but my patients always ask if I am married or worse, guessed that i am 27-30 years old. Worst, my nurses dun believe that I am born in 1984. :(

- yeah! i think this fit the best for me!!
