the last day of work for "ms betrayer", who claimed to have started "our career" together, but went to her ?greener pasture, leaving me to take the CCC course A.L.O.N.E.

we are very sure that "ms betrayer" will miss the circle of trust, miss the laughter, miss the weird weird pts/ cases, miss the occasional action, and not to forget, she will definitely miss the GOSSIPS.

hopefully the other side will be a greener pasture. as least it increases ur meeting-guys-chance by 1000x. (hee). Chinese colleagues please leave them for me.. and oh, also HBH. =D

remember to date us out lah... for us to date u out, we have to consult ms HBH for approval. haha.

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone.. (as usual, time passes very fast again)

As the saying goes "the older you get, the lesser CNY mood you have".
Indeed, this year, Ling has not much of CNY mood.. Especially she has to start work on Wednesday. (eeks. can image the thick thick stack of referrals stucked in the fax machine, and it got so stucked that more is unable to be faxed through. double eeks.)

Oh ya, bimbos, Ling managed to put on some light make-up this time. But had some difficulty with the mascara. Should have bought one that is clump-free.

Hope this new year will be a good year. "HUAT AH! (for everything except the referrals)

Dear BxxS,
Thank you for the nice chocoloate fondue that you have prepared for our xmas party. The chocolate taste just right, and together with the fruits and biscuits, it is wonderful.

Thank you for leaving some of the chocolate and marshmallows for me on New Year Eve, and this made me feel that I am not forgotten in ur prayers and blessings that 2009 will be a better year for all of us.

Thank you for everything. I believe that the chocolate and marshmallow in the fridge will be a nice combination. I believe it will taste very good.

2008 has ended, and Ling thinks that she has made some good achievements in work.

- Getting involved in Psychotrauma. Doing SICU cases.
- Managed to get into the Grad Dip in Counselling Practice course
- Familiarised with the new MT thingy (though it is not voluntary in the first place)


2009 Resolutions:
- Have more initiatives when handling trauma cases
- To be more efficient in clearing backlogs. Remember to do the necessary follow-ups.
- Leave some time to think about improving trauma programmes
- Do more exercise. Make Monday and Wed the gym day
- Eat healthily. Reduce fast food to once a week.
- Be more presentable in looks. Maybe with neater hair and light make-up

And most importantly, to find a man.

Merry Xmas, Happy Boxing Day and Happy New Year to everyone!! Its been some time since I have blogged.. I was telling Jin that ever since I can't on my own PC and has to use my sis's laptop, I don't have the Feel to blog.. Thus, I tried my luck in on-ing my PC and voila! It works! Not too sure whether my CPU fan is really spoilt, coz I switch to "ignore" in the set-up.. Hopefully, my CPU won't explode from over heating..

Indeed, the feel of blogging returns after I managed to come online using my own CPU.. =) Perhaps, the feel returned coz I can peacefully surf around other people's blogs without having to stress that my sis wants to use her laptop soon..

Dec was a fun month with D&D, Xmas gatherings, and New Year gathering..
This year's D&D was so far the best.. The theme was RetroActive. Ling initially wanted to be as retro as possible, but turned out to be the least retro one.. But at least, the bimbos got to admire my "sexy" back.. *hee hee*. Luck was good and bad, coz Ling actually forgotten to bring the invitation card, but managed to get into the D&D, no lucky draw though. But!! Ling won a so-called China version of iPod shuffle. (checked the price, its $45). The emcee did a very good job in creating the whole fun atmosphere. Everyone was seen to be enjoying themselves. At least for our table, maybe 80% of us nearly lost our voice for shouting that day... Now Ling is already looking forward to 2009 Family Carnival =D

Xmas gathering for MSS is once again held at Boss' s place. Boss said that it was my request that she allowed her fondue to 重出江湖. *hee* thanks boss!! (You may take a look at the nice nice fondue at http://hobeehong.blogspot.com/) Food was great, company was great. Except that the hibernating and understaffed team nearly forgotten about MY birthday cake! I forgotten about it as well.. haha..
Xmas xchange present was great as well.. Nasim really got the stool I wanted for ikea!! She actually took cab home from Ikea, and also took a cab to ferry the stool to work... THanks!!! I like it very very very much!!!


TLT also had a xmas gathering at Joyce's place. Full force this time, as Joyce is back for good. Photos can be found at http://gina-ography.blogspot.com/. As usual, Wii is fun with more people around. Thanks Chris for the Famous Amos cookies (remember, perishable is not allow nx time hor...). Too bad, no 心事谁人知.

TLT also get together on New Year's eve. This time, the singles have the same New Year resolution, which is to get a man. Haha.We all shall prove that the 2-year curse does not exist by getting attached this year!
