Very inspired by Yu's reply. And it really rained cats and dogs and rats the next morning.

We braved the heavy rain...

And reached Ikea for breakfast. Though not really satisyfing.. It is an accomplistment. And I want to TAG daf in this post!!!

TLT are my only friends... haha.. And which is why we have been like meeting 3x a week??  OMG. Even daf and aaron don't meet so frequently loh!

Hot waffle from Blue Mountain @ 313 Somerset. Definitely much much better than the waffle at TCC!

Their mudpie. Decent price, but too icey. Still can compare to those at NYDC. But their effort in decoration wins!

This is what I call slacking ~ Shopping at Tampines Mall, Century Square, and Tampines 1. 
Tea at McCafe and Dinner at Crystal Jade.

Life as a Slacker ~ Day 1

Took one week of AL for this whole week.. Mum asked me why take so long... Well.. I just need to take a break from the suayness I had for the past 2 weeks... ..

By suayness, I meant 2 HOTA activations (which in turn meant 2 deaths) and 1 non-HOTA activation (which the pt utimately also can't beat death) 

YST said that after she knew I have handled the last case, she immediately approved my one week leave without looking that the dept calendar.

(Trick of the day: Tell her that you handled a death case, and get your AL approved in seconds! )

Spent Day 1 waking up late.. Went back to office to put up my remaining cases for coverage. Still stayed till 7pm.. Didn't even manage to clear any backlogs. Boo.

At least managed to have a decent slacking at Santouka Ramen at Cuppage with Yu, Daf and Sing. Really slacked at Starbucks thereafter.

Slacking scale: 4/10. Can be better, and will be better if I didn't return to office.

Thanks to Aaron for his contribution of his Wii to my house... They enjoyed themselves!!

My european breakfast- Egg benedict. Generally good, but the smoked bacon (i hope it is really smoked) is still too raw for my tastebuds.

Strolling along Orchard road to kill time. Apparently these two tai tais are the only people who are holding an umbrella on the stretch of Orchard Road, not including the ice-cream uncle.
