when i dun blog, i will not blog for weeks..
but when i blog, i'll blog 3 posts in a day... **siao**




after the great response from the super nice ice-cream from Ling's cafe, today, chef Ling is going to share with you people another super nice dish.. ..

The HEP sandwich..

you will need a hard boil egg..


some prawns..


hotdogs.. actually Chef Ling has requested for cocktail hotdogs, but chef's mum couldn't find any cocktail hotdog at any supermarket..


cheese..


and of course, bread..


you cut the prawns into small pieces, sliced the egg..


slice the cheese..


oven the hotdog..


you put the cheese on the bread first, den put the hotdog ON the cheese to melt it.. den, you deco with slices of eggs and pieces of prawns..
and TA DA!! You get the HEP sandwich!!


have the HEP sandwich together with a cup of MILO!!
