Hello Everybody, Chef Ling is BACK AGAIN!! Hope everyone is doing well!!
During this period of absence, Chef Ling has went to Korea to look for her best friend, Chang Jin. Yes, that one from the Royal Kitchen.
Chef Ling has learnt the skills of 画-ing 出味道 from her. It has been a wonderful time catching up with Chang Jin. I have met Uncle De Jiu as well as Da shen whom till now, I still dunno her name. Poor thing, I think nobody really know what is her name..

Anyway, this is the recipe that Chef Ling is going to impart to you people out there..
TuPna Sandwich.


What YOU will need:


Tuna. The type of tuna is up to personal preferences but personally Chef Ling likes Water Chunk de tuna. It is more original tasting.



As the name suggests, the tuna is packed in chunked form. so you gotta smashed the chunks.



Chef Ling's favourite prawn.



the black black thing that you all see is the lungs of the prawns. Sometimes it is removed, sometimes it is not. Depends on the character of the person; whether he/she is lazy or not. According to Chang Jin's mentor (韩尚宫), you removed the lungs by using the prawn tail. Hm... Chef Ling haven't figured out how to do that yet.
Chef Ling normally removes the lungs from the head. Meaning, when you pull off the prawn head, usually the lungs will come out a litte, den you juz pull it out.
Chef Ling will call 韩尚宫 tonight, and ask her about the other method.




the type of bread that you like to go with the 料, is also up to you. but this time, Chef Ling uses these two types of bread.



Any kind of sandwich that is made by Chef Ling, there will be cheese.

this brand of milktea is not bad. juz add half a mug of water will do..
