5 reasons to get more sleep

Tied down with work?
Thinking of staying of up late tonight?
Think twice!
Because less sleep may have more effect on your health than just getting those huge panda rings around your eyes.
5 reasons why you should get more sleep!
First.
Sleep can make you thinner.
Research has found out that the less sleep you get, the higher your body mass index will be.
Second.
Sleep can boost your memory!
Working at night actually slows down your thinking skills, both at night and during the next day!
Third.
Sleep increases your body immune system.
A recent study has found out people who experience interrupted sleep may have a higher risk of getting breast cancer than those who have peaceful, undisturbed sleep.
Fourth.
Sleep actually slows down aging!
Lack of sleep may cause you to have age-related chronic diseases, also, study has concluded that people who sleep six to seven hours a night lived longer than those who sleep less than four and a half hours!
Fifth.
Sleep decreases the chances of depression!
So before you decide to sacrifice your sleep just to rush your next assignment, think about the price you have to pay. Is it worth it?

I think i belong to those who sleep quite early, at about 10pm - 11pm.
So does that = sleep more?

First.
Sleep can make you thinner.
- when i am in primary school, i am forced to sleep at 9pm. When i am in secondary school, i slept at 10pm. When i am in JC, i think i sleep at about 11pm. When i am in uni, there are times when i only slept at 6am because i have to rush my assignment. Now, i sleep latest at 12am.
Throughout the years, i think i got fatter and fatter.
Yes. This statement is quite true.

Second.
Sleep can boost your memory!
- as all of my friends will know, all along my memory is not that good.
Nah. Sleeping early doesn't work well on my memory. Boo!

Third.
Sleep increases your body immune system.
- true. when i am lack of sleep, i will get flu on the next day.

Fourth.
Sleep actually slows down aging!
- but my patients always ask if I am married or worse, guessed that i am 27-30 years old. Worst, my nurses dun believe that I am born in 1984. :(

Fifth.
Sleep decreases the chances of depression!
- yeah! i think this fit the best for me!!
