i used to joke about how "good" the life of my employees will be, if i became the boss.
must leave office on the dot, early cut-off time for cases, sat will be solely documentation day..
today it suddenly dawned upon me that being the boss, you got to know your stuff, need to think quick, make decision fast.
Definitely not easy to be a boss. It takes someone with high calibre, a very board frame of mind, decisive, ability to guide ur subordinates etc etc etc etc.
I wonder whether all these qualities are in-born, or could be accquired through years of experience. I can't help to think that a person's premorbid personality, character will play a big part because it affect how one learn, and how one absorb the lessons learnt through experience.
I can't imagine how I could turn out to be in 5 years time.
Will I be able to think differently? Will I be able to make decisions during crisis?
