According to the NEA guideline for the Singapore OK Hawker Centre, to have that OK sticker, the hawker must follow the below criterias:
Provide a system to ensure hygienic food preparation
Provide a system to ensure proper storage and disposal of waste
Provide a cleansing system to ensure tables, floor, and common areas are hygienic and litter-free
Practise good housekeeping
Implement an effective pest control programme
Carry out thorough cleaning 4 times a year
Ensure toilets meet Singapore OK criteria
