Tak OK.

According to the NEA guideline for the Singapore OK Hawker Centre, to have that OK sticker, the hawker must follow the below criterias:

  • Provide a system to ensure hygienic food preparation


  • Provide a system to ensure proper storage and disposal of waste


  • Provide a cleansing system to ensure tables, floor, and common areas are hygienic and litter-free


  • Practise good housekeeping


  • Implement an effective pest control programme


  • Carry out thorough cleaning 4 times a year


  • Ensure toilets meet Singapore OK criteria


And should the below people start up a hawker stall, I believe the stall will be tak OK.

And u are wondering what she is doing.. .. ...

La-ing Bee hoon is what she is doing!!   Provide a system to ensure hygienic proper food preparation? Fail!


Practise good housekeeping? Fail!




But who cares right?! They have 2 very satisfied customers!
